Kind hearted with cruelty

JUNE: The month of Sacred Heart of Jesus! Meek and humble of heart...

Many of you have grown big and are also going to college with sprouting moustache and ravishing castagno color flowing hair.

I thought this story might be helpful to carve for your selves right kind, kind hearted personality!

KIND HEARTED LEADER WITH A DEEPLY HIDDEN CRUELTY

Herod SECRETLY called the Magi, "Go and search diligently for the child and when you have found him, come back here. Bring me the details that I TOO MAY GO AND WORSHIP him"

(Herod had killed his own wives, several of his own sons and many others to protect his power) Outwardly he was a kind king, very kind "daddy" to the Jews, especially those in Anatolla and Cyrene...ha ha ..kind king!)

Now the story! Wait a sec...

It's a legend: A dictator was old. He called his three sons. "One who passes my test will be my successor. One who holds the bird that I will give you on the palm for five minutes without letting it fly will be the successor."

The first son held it on his palm but anxious it will fly held it so tight that it died.

 The second one held his bird on the palm gently without clutching and it flew out of the window!

Third son, the dictator's pet, crafty and cunning, kept the bird on his palm. Gently stroked it and very gently, softly removed it's feathers one by one The featherless bird now enjoyed the warm strokes of the 'protector'. He cupped the shivering bird in his warm palm and sweetly broke it's legs.

The helpless bird now began to seek the 'loving' protection, nestled in more and rested more'

"Congratulations son, you are my successor! Take away everything from your people, break them, make them dependent and then teach them thankfulness!

That's what the Devil and some politician's do! 

Jesus became fatherless and featherless for a time. His brokenness while carrying our cross gave us new feathers and legs.
